I've tried several different 7 minute apps. This one is by far the best. I'm planning to delete the others. Highlights are real video, natural voiceover, options for warm-up and cool down. Seems flawless, at least on my first use here! Update 2022: There are a few minor errors in the voice instructions (for example in the figure four stretch during cooldown), but not enough to cause much misunderstanding.

Overall I like this app because it helps me get exercise during the week when my schedule is really busy. However, a recent issue is that none of the videos in the workout library are playable. I saw in their update for December 14, 2022 that they moved the videos to a new domain, which might be the issue. (I have Android version 12, so I don't know if it's the same for other versions) App developers, please work on this issue so I can continue using your app!

I really like this app a lot. The exercised are customizable and grow with fitness level. Seven minutes is a great, easy was to add an intense and short workout to a busy day. As fitness levels increase, the time can double or triple with smart workouts. While nursing an injury, I could thumbs down exercises to not see them in the future (smart exercise only). Losing cloud backup means my progress is lost when I swap phones. That's a little disappointing.
