Adjusts your workout, gives variety. You can dislike exercises so that it won't give them to you anymore. BUT the algorithm for adjusting the intensity of your workout is terrible. After about two workouts, it doubles the intensity. If you say that's too hard, then it goes back to really easy, and then the cycle repeats.

I had paused my use of this workout, but I'm glad I've been able to restart. I often do modified version in an upright position. And once again I paused for 6 months. And now I'm restarting with a lite version. Excellent program.

Such a good app. Ive used it for 3 years now. It tells you how to do each exercise with a mini video of a guy actually doing it. Super adjustable with different timed workouts/difficulty. Right now I use it when I don't have the motivation to go running. I can just turn it on and do what it says and I feel great afterwards. Also, I personally love the simplistic aesthetic of the app (without all the extra random pictures of super fit people's abs etc.) just helps me focus on the workout.
