Such a good app. Ive used it for 3 years now. It tells you how to do each exercise with a mini video of a guy actually doing it. Super adjustable with different timed workouts/difficulty. Right now I use it when I don't have the motivation to go running. I can just turn it on and do what it says and I feel great afterwards. Also, I personally love the simplistic aesthetic of the app (without all the extra random pictures of super fit people's abs etc.) just helps me focus on the workout.

Love the workouts and clear demonstrations. I chose beginner at first, but was asked if I wanted to increase my level. The first level didn't really break a sweat (FOR ME). Know YOUR body and limits! The idea is a healthier you, not competition. If you are honest with yourself beginning where you are currently, then progress along the way, this app can be beneficial. Lovin the app!

App DOES NOT WORK. Tried to do a workout, after a 10 sec intro instead of moving to the first exercise it just quit and went back to the home screen. Tried again and this time the app failed completely. Very disappointing considering this is the official/original 7 minute workout and looks like it has good variations to increase difficulty. Would try it again if the issues were fixed but given that is devoid of functionality, I'm deleting.
