too many bugs, keeps logging me out, I can't open it on two devices because god forbid I wanna go somewhere without my laptop, and HORRIBLE customer service. like really trashy customer service.

worst platform for studying ever. first, it lags a lot, and the lessons don't even load at some point. second, the platform itself lags like crazy, and you can't watch any courses during that, which is a huge negative for secondary year students such as myself. it takes an hour for someone to respond on your calls regarding anything, saying that they're 'busy helping another student'. a truly incompetent platform with a lot of errors. the only thing keeping it up is the known teachers in it.

Jo Academy's customer service is honestly terrible. They take weeks or even MONTHS to respond, which is completely unacceptable, especially when students need urgent help. Why launch a platform if you're completely ill-equipped to run it properly? It just adds stress instead of support. I really don’t recommend it to anyone. My experience has been exhausting, and to be honest, I no longer expect anything from this platform.
