I have only been using it for a little bit. So far, I am impressed by the ease to use it. It has lots of local listings which is even more then my local news classifieds, and even unemployment office lists. It is also very easy to apply for jobs too. No need to make multiple emails or faxes anymore. :)
The search engine is a joke. It doesn't matter what criteria I set, it either gives me nothing or a bunch of sales jobs. Assuming you fill out your profile, the swipe feature is quick and easy. Too bad everything else is poorly done.
They have you make a resume so they can completely ignore it and send you job information on things you aren't qualified for. I've had this app for 3 months and the only applications they sent me was for engineering and architect jobs which are NOT entry level. I've had more success finding job openings in Facebook.
How dare you treat a job search like its tinder. In short, the search feature is a joke... I live in Toronto, I know there's jobs in Toronto.. . I'm only interested in jobs in Toronto. Yet it's designed to show you everything as opposed to allowing you to search selectively. There is no feature to search selectively based on region or field. This app is more disappointing than a Trump Presidency.
Terrible. The tinder-like interface is pure garbage and makes finding potential jobs an irritating experience. Half the jobs are for trash like sales positions that don't even match up with my search criteria.
UI is lame! Give option to show a list & not cards, where I can only evaluate one at a time. Not ideal for browsing.
