You've made the app too simple. No instructions tell the user which way to swipe to apply or look at the next job. Thus it wastes my time inadvertently applying to jobs I'm not interested in or possibly not even qualified for, and waste the potential employers time sorting through applicants that cant figure out your process. Terrible interface!
Great concept but bad implementation. The new app tries to be a "tinder for jobs" but I find myself always clicking a job for more information. It also has a lot of bugs as whenever I search for a job it won't show anything until I use the filter and when trying to apply for a job I always get a network error. Good idea, but it needs a good bit of work. Will update score if fixed.
Concept is good but needs more filtering options. Especially industry. If you are looking at IT you have to see all the construction project manager, and worse restaurant & store manager jobs. The resume upload on the app is fine, but when a specific post does not use the monster resume it doesn't work.
This app is horrible. I went looking through job openings, it wouldn't let me scroll so I swiped. I'm not sure which way I swiped, but apparently I applied for over 20 jobs in 10 minutes. Next thing I know, I'm getting phone calls and emails out the wazoo. Horrible, horrible!!
I can't figure out how to expand the search location past where I live 100 miles. I want all areas over the US. It doesn't pull ok only the jobs I requested. I get all sorts of things that have nothing to do with my request. Liked the old ap better.
It's a good app and very helpful but the only thing is I don't think my messages section is working right. I got an email someone messages me but it doesn't show up when I open the app. Please fix? I've uninstalled and installed it again but still doesn't work.
Bug fixesWe are pleased to announce that Monster Job Search is now available in United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
