This App lets Job Seekers discover vocational employment opportunities nearby their location. JobsYahan is an easy-to-use and intuitive web and mobile device based platform that enables job seekers and employers of Bharat in making the process of employment easier, more efficient, and more inclusive, with a vernacular and location based approach. The platform is categorically custom-made to serve the needs of Bottom of the Workforce Pyramid, which primarily includes skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers.
About the company:
JobsYahan Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Noida, UP & was founded in the year 2018 to facilitate employment across India through technology interventions. In the initial years, it established it’s understanding and grasp over the employment and staffing processes. Overtime, it realised the need to simplify the employment process for Bharat's Vocational Workforce - the ones constituting the bottom tier of the workforce pyramid. In the year 2023 with its in-depth understanding of the workforce employment ecosystem, the company decided to leverage AI and build a platform.
