Our Loyalty Program consists of 3 levels:
- GREY: Welcome Reward after your first purchase (excluding counter products, shots and water). Your journey begins here.
- YELLOW: Order 15 items per year and level up to Joe Member status. Earn +10% more points on every purchase.
- PINK: Order 50 items per year and unlock exclusive rewards you won’t find anywhere else. Earn +20% more points, plus even more treats, surprise campaigns and more.

Ratings and reviews

Crashes constantly. The store associates do not abide by the wait time in the app at all, and will not provide refunds when they run out of items. Instead you have to go through the app and try 3-4 times to write in the inbox, only for the app to crash mid sentence. Then, good luck getting the refund. Very, very poor customer service and they haven't updated the app in years, they don't seem to care that it hardly works.

I agree with another review that it's unclear what stars and the rewards I'm working towards. Often it says "2 more for rewards" and then when I order something, it doesn't change. Then another login would say "3 more to go" and again I don't see what's changed. also a big gripe, please update your android app icon for material u and the upcoming material 3 expressive. when I turn on theming, the icon is just a colored circle - the icon disappears into the color.

Terrible UX and experience. You need to provide a ton of data (phone, email AND agree to a ton of terrible consents and location) to even start once you're in the app the ordering is extremely confusing. Once you're ready to buy get ready to have to dig out your credit card and billing information. I think the only thing you're missing is asking for my my mother's maiden name and my personal ID number.
