Shame Your understanding of user friendliness is missed up! So now you want me to install TWO f***ing apps! I don't need that!!! I've been hesitating for long to update my Foursquare. It turns out that I really made a mistake. And this the kind of rating you get when you confuse your users and force them to do things they did not expect or want. If I could give no stars at all, I would. HCI matters smarties.
Doesnt handle allergies well The number one thing I care about for restaurants is whether there is anything I can eat (because I have a couple allergies) but this is impossible to find on the app, so the internet is better- I always end up deleting this app.
Very User Friendly!! It's easier to find places now using this app. Liked the customization of the lists which gets better overtime. Tips filtering option is great
The option for finding nearby restaurants You can filter by different criteria to find the best place thats suit your needs.
Fonts lack non-Latin symbols The font used in the application includes mostly just the Latin script, anything in Cyrillic either looks ugly and stretched, or doesn't display at all (showing crossed boxes instead of letters).
Did they take off the 'add venue' ability I searched for the place I was at and it wasn't listed. So of course I look at the bottom of the search for the "can't find what you are looking for, add it here" button. Annnd it's gone.
This update has a bunch of little tweaks, including:
- Saved a place you like on the home screen? We now show you other similar places you may also want to check out.
- Want to see the best tips, or just the most recent? Now there’s a one-tap way to see the ones you want.
We also made a bunch of other little bug fixes and speed improvements. Enjoy the nice weather!
