This app is very clunky feeling. An example; when parts are added to your cart it doest show that, in fact it doesnt show a cart untip you back up. To scan you have to rotate to landscape, this is very inconvenient when trying to use the phone in portrait mode.

This app only works properly on APPLE IOS if you have an android dont waste your time. This app will give you more headaches than it will help you out so just pick up the phone or go in person! The only recommendation I have for this app is that you REMOVE IT COMPLETELY!

Have it on both phones use to work great, but then at the same time it quit working on both phones and nobody at Johnstone seems to care. I tried uninstalling them and reinstalling but it didn't work. Basically I was told I am on my own.
