I cancelled the 7day free trial the same day I downloaded the app as I could easily find the same deals online, so I didn't think it was worth it. I got a $10 charge within a week to my CC. I went back in and confirmed that I cancelled the subscription and yes it had been cancelled. I deleted the app, and looked online for a customer support number and there is nothing, it says disputes have to be done in the app, and It requires me proceed with another 7day trial to to file. No thanks.

They don't make it clear how to unsubscribe before the free trial ends and make sure too take a VERY LONG TIME responding when you ask how to unsubscribe. The entire app is hidden behind a paywall- it's a trap. Beware unless you have money to throw away.

why should they earn my business ? they don't have a phone number. I can't speak to anyone. I can't guarantee that the price that they find is what I will actually pay. there's no guarantee that if you do book something and need to change that you'll be able to. traveling over I've been traveling over 30 years and I need to have confidence that I can contact an agent if there's any difficulties with the booking so it can be resolved quickly. is it worth the risk ?
