Ratings and reviews

There are a couple reasons for my low rating and I hope the developers see this feedback. The app requires biometrics to initially authenticate, then I have to enter a username and password, and then a push notification that I have to authorize. That's 3 separate levels for authentication each and every time. No other apps do this and is poor design. Additionally when I go into settings and select "contact support" it goes to a blank screen and provides absolutely no way to contact support.

first time user for a company I work for and it's not letting me log in at all or even sending me emails, to reset passwords And using different emails to see if that would work but no! Been waiting on emails to open up this app for my Job and still not working then says to many log in attempts I continue to wait and still nothing it's been a few days now.

Crashes whenever I try to preview an attached PDF, and then immediately logs me out when I reopen the app, before getting me stuck behind the 15 min login cap
