Terrible... recently I traveled 6hrs from Nevada to California for my birthday which was on the 28th of July. But I got here to redeem my birthday prepay someone had already received it not only that you need my birthday money they really need my free play for the week so I'm looking at a total of like $200 plus and plus and additional $20 for table game. I told by management that unfortunately they couldn't reimburse me the money that was taken and on top of that I lost a total of $1,500.
