Ratings and reviews

Missed a message offer from desired hire because the app was faulty and not loading new messages. No notifications about the messages either - very not reliable as a communication device, better use gmail... I wish it could at least notify of "no connection" or other loading issues if there were any than appearing just alright or empty screen with no sign of issue and not showing the supposed content/messages.
