Decent workforce app. Relatively user friendly and straightforward. Cash out doesn't work with PayPal, which is disappointing.. Other than that, I've encountered no issues. Definitely WAY better than UKG. until it broke. now I cannot sign in, because I can't remember my password And regardless of how fast I put in the reset code it tells me it's already used

Useful, but the mic doesn't work in the app. And I have trouble spelling, so it's very annoying. Other than that really good for using for work and keeps good track of the time You spend at work. though, you gotta click two different buttons, to log out of your shift. annoying but useful. but it also means you could clock out way later than your suppose too. i rate it 3.5 or 4.0 stars.

It now makes me log in with a text or email verified code every time I use the app, which is constantly wasting my time. If you have this issue or any other account problems you can't talk to a person, it's trash ai only even if you request a human. You can't even reset your password with their own prompts on their own app. The issue has still not been resolved.
