Ratings and reviews

Feels like a scam. It keeps telling me my score goes up, but every time I check it nothing has changed. The price is good if they actually kept your score accurate. Apparently if you get a 7 they cancel your service. I'm right at an 8 even though it tells me "Your score went up 1! Good job!" Neither of the 2 go up. (The breaking and the one for paying attention.)

It was a great app and a great company but now there is a "convince fee" (can't be waived) for automatically renewing your 6 month policy, and also an 8 dollar "installment fee" for taking your payment every month. If you find something cheaper that doesn't have all these "fees" use them instead, I for one will be looking elsewhere too.

App is extremely buggy. On set up, when trying to add the lein holder for the car loan, I get all the way thru it & then it just freezes when trying to save the info. Decided I was going to cancel and magically the cancel button that was supposed to be on the app (and was there when we first signed up), suddenly can't be found. Tried emailing and received no response. Will update this review if anything changes for the better.
