Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work. The main feature of the app (the schedule) is blank, infinitely loading, or if it's feeling nice, shows an error saying "schedule missing, get help." Clicking the "get help" button goes to an AI chatbot, no FAQ, no troubleshooting. Then, I asked to talk to a person, and that was 2 days ago. The only thing I got was an email with the transcript of our bot conversation. Absolutely useless. Probably just another case of devs preferring iphone over android.

Edit: App doesn't work at all anymore. schedule loads infinitely and is just useless compared to the iPhone version of this app. Was told that the infinitely loading schedule would be fixed and nothing happened. Please put some more effort forth. I'm only keeping 2 stars because when it did work, it was actually useful. But please, make the app on here the same as Iphone.

Android version is missing a lot of the things from the IOS version and it's kinda frustrating. A lot of my friends have iphones, and their Saturn lets them put room numbers into it, which would be so helpful at a 3-storey school. IOS version also has a chat feature which would be super cool and handy to have. Overall it's a great app and it's super helpful, I'm just disappointed at the features I'm missing on the android version :/
