Really Pathetic Internet Provider No issue of ours has ever been resolved despite mailing our problems (once even Ccd: owner of the company) and speaking to the customer care on multiple occasions. Unfortunately I am stuck with them for a year as they will not refund your money if dis satisfied with their service. Please do not get trapped with this ISP like all of us did.
It provides the worst service. I have renewed my plan 2 days ago and still my broadband connection is off. When tried to contact the joister office or customer care, no one cares to respond.
Thieves ! Taken the cheque for installation 2 weeks ago and I am still scrambling to get the installation done. People stop picking up phones and don't respond. It's a trap don't subscribe ever .
Pathetic speed n service All they want is money and give no services, when contacted to the person which i took the service they always say call another person.... What kind of service is this.... Y we should call every other person... They dont want to handle any responsibility
I was skeptical opting with annual plan for which they kept pushing me(the only part I got very annoyed with and became more suspicious about these guys). So went for 6months 16Mbps. 3months into their service all going well. Complaints are attended same day or next day for sure. 1 time when server was down from their end, was sent a SMS notifying the same. Just 1 time had very low speed for 2days, that was attended asap and sorted. Now will opt for the annual package straight away once it's due. I really do not know how most reviews are so horrible about Joister. For me I barely face any trouble with speed or connectivity and even if I do...they attend it very promptly with follow up calls and are very polite. Hence I am continuing with them when its due.
THE WORST app I have ever seen I can't even sign in to this app. I have been trying it for last 2 months. THE WORST service provider since I have been getting no of issues every now and then. If you have any issues you have to CALL them at YOUR OWN EXPENSE. There is no option to it. HATS OFF....
