The free promo items were a nice hook, but using this app was a nightmare. Confirmation on the store's end took forever, taking a full hour to deliver compared to 30 minutes or less on Grab or Foodpanda. The constant technical errors and unstable connection make ordering way more frustrating than it's worth. Stick to third-party delivery apps.

Coupon for free stuff like a spaghetti pan is always, "oh we cannot use this" error. Minimum spend met, expiry date is met - multiple stores checked and tested coupon, nothing works. Basically offering fake coupons, even tried ordering different hours, still not working.

so dissapointing, i was trying to order via app then my order was cancelled yet no refund was made, they asking for so many details yet they should have had them, even though i had the order id and the proof of payment they wont still process it, so dissapointing, if i were you guys dont trust this app or theylle just rob you on broad day light such an inconvenience
