when I tried to register, The app kept putting a space in the middle of the phone number even if I deleted it, so when I registered and it tried to send me a verification code I never got it. I was never able to go back and re-register, even with my email address. It kept asking me to put in the mobile number, and then the email address, and both would fail. never got to charge and wasted an hour

Had to uninstall. the app wouldn't work at all. Super glitchy, seemed to keep crashing while trying find nearby stations. Also just reread the description "fast and free charging" no. the app is neither fast nor free. either pay a monthly fee or I think it was around 30 cents per kwh (or however they measured it).

Terrible experience. Tried using one in Hoboken and it didn't work. Registered for an account, but couldn't login. Then I tried to reset my password and then it said I couldn't. And then when I tried to create a new account it wouldn't let me since my email and phone number were used in the first one. Ended up going with Chargepoint and it was much easier.
