Had that one period where their system was down for months. Couldnt use the money that I put it in the app. When the system is finally up again I had to pay a $10 subscription to excess???? On top of that, I checked again, and the money that I was unable to use for months was burnt up by them. There was nothing left. Ridiculous.

I'm glad that card service is back online. But it is just ridiculous. They have a charge of an additional 16¢ for every payment transaction. If we use PayNow, there is a charge of 50¢. However, the most infuriating thing is that it freezes your card if it goes under $3 and we have top up the card balance to $10 before we can unfreeze it. It is just ridiculous as this point

Be careful when getting this card. I didn't opt for subscription fees when the trail ended, I requested my children cards to be blocked and cancelled. After which, next year, they still charged me even though I never completed any opt-in form. When I write for a refund, they mentioned I have requested the cancellation too late and past the opt-out period and needed to forfeit the subscription fees. They just deduct the second time again. This is like Groundhog Day. They will just deduct
