I am having to assume it's the app's fault that I'm having issues, such as a major lag in notifications including doorbell rings. For a few weeks, the app says I need to update the firmware version number. But every time I try, I just let a box to poop up with the loading circle and it says "setting"... But nothing ever happens, no matter how long I let it "load".

It's bad enough having to wait on an ad to play everytime you open the app (which i could deal with) but then the ad pops open an app or web page everytime as well that you have to close to get back to the camera. It also crashes constantly. Now it has also started giving me unavailable picture on my alerts. Worse camera app I've ever used. I will not be forced into paying to get rid of ads by the apps terrible behavior. I'd rather quit using these and replace with different cameras.

This app works if you on a low budget and you find the right camera for the right price, but when I am trying to look at my cameras because I hear something out side or I need to check on property because something is going on. These are normal everyday activities. but when you are forced to watch 10 second advertisements before you get to see you cameras and they happen randomly. It locks you out of the app until the advertisements is over. This is ridiculous and should be changed.
