Based on experience, this app is very good, but there are many bugs. When I attend a call and after a long time, once the call ends, when I go to the dashboard in the app, I don't see any record that I just had a conversation, and my points don't increase. Also, the call I just made doesn't show up in the history. This has happened to me many times. I have complained in the application, but no necessary action has been taken. Please address this issue
