I love this app and am seeing results after using for a month. Access to targeted programs has really ramped up my fitness goals. My one complaint is that when I hit follow on the programs to keep them on top of the list, it doesn't last more than a day or two. That gets annoying. Hopefully a patch can fix. Thanks!

Love this app! It's easy to use and navigate. I really like how you can check off each workout as you complete it. I love being able to stream it through my fire stick. Coach Kozak and Claudia are both so encouraging and they really give a lot of good information. Nothing bad to say about the app, the workouts, or the trainers. 5 stars all around!

I have been using the HASfit app for two years now and the results are incredible! I feel stronger, healthier and have lost almost 60 lbs. The monthly programs are amazing and easy to follow. The workouts are fantastic and I love the offered modifications. If you're on the fence, just get it. From weightlifting, to kickboxing, yoga and HITT, there is truly a workout for EVERYONE.
