grew up in Seattle n used this app my whole life, it's taken a huge dip in quality recently. for the last month or so it hasn't been able to track any buses in real time. idk what happened but every single bus I take is grey now and it can't track any of them, any time of day. I fear after almost 20 years of loving and using this app, I'm moving on to an app that can actually live track. one bus away, you have one job... please track the buses late times.

App is intuitive and still packed with info. Whatever I need as a transit veteran is only a click away, but it's easy to show to immigrants & tourists, they grasp how to use and why, immediately. Great speed, great design. Small app. Big utility. Breaks my heart to see all the one-star reviews. That's the fault of the transit agencies: if THEIR public GPS bus data is missing, offline, or inaccurate, the app is only as good as your local transit agency's data feed. Not the fault of the app.

Exceptionally useful application. It does what Google Maps cannot, allows you to figure out a round-about route if you need it. Very well done, lean and to the point, but with many whistles if you want them. 08/11/2025: still a great app. *****
