About this app

Programmer's calculator that simulates an HP 16C. It simulates the appearance and behavior of the original, including the seven-segment display, and the little blink you get when entering numbers. The 16C's windowing functions are implemented, but can be disabled to allow the display of longer numbers at one time.

Full source is available on Github. There is no advertising of any kind -- this is a hobby project, and a bit of a labor of love.

Do be aware that the 16C is a calculator intended for computer programmers. If you're not familiar with hexadecimal or stack-based RPN calculators, this probably isn't what you're looking for!

I also own the original 16C. This is a faithful reproduction. What I haven't figured out yet, is how to look at the back of the calculator. lol Thank you for all your hard work this is really well done.

OMG! This is exactly like the old HP calculators! It functions and looks like the originals except of course that it's fast. It also functions extremely well just as an Android calculator. It's really a good app. Excellent look and feel.

Reviewed moments after download. I have one of these for real bit the screen died unfortunately. This works just as well with the asthetic I like. The cherry on top is the inclusion of the back panel. Absolutely perfect. Thank you for keeping this tech history alive and making a very functional app.
