safety Deposit: -Please note that the security deposit may be refunded at the time of vehicle go back. In case of any damages or overdue go back, penalty expenses can be applicable and the same will be deducted from the safety deposit. Please consult with the Pricing policy in case of any queries.

using License: - Please note that it's miles mandatory to have a valid riding License so that you can rent a motorcycle from Joyrides bikes rental. The license reproduction can be uploaded to the application at the same time as booking or while taking the transport of the car.

Don't use this app at all even if you are desperate. This app is absolute trash. There is not even a simple customer care service and the representatives (some of them) are really rude and don't know how to actually converse with people. They don't even have basic etiquettes. The representatives will basically harass you before your time limit is up and put you under extreme pressure. The transport vehicles are also garbage, prone to stop working unpredictably.

Below average experience. Bike they provide you are not in good condition not even clean, not serviced they just roll. App will show you 600₹ for bike and the moment you click on the book button it will increase by 200-300 ₹. They will charge you extra 100-200 ₹ premium and 50-100₹ for insurance. If your bike met with an accident than you have to pay for the repair as well even though they are charging insurance amount additionally but you have to pay for repair as well that's is loot.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Joyrides Bike Rental. I mistakenly booked a bike for Jaipur instead of Ajmer and tried to cancel through the app, but the cancel button didn’t work. I contacted customer support, only to find there’s no English-speaking support. After raising my concern via WhatsApp, they informed me that they could modify the booking for an additional ₹245. I transferred the amount through UPI as requested, but since then, my booking has disappeared from the app.
