Ratings and reviews

I have a question regarding the digital subscription. It works fine on my android phone, although the screen is a little small. However, the digital subscription does not appear to work via the google play i digital app, without a printed i subscription (which kind of defeats the object). Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but it doesn't appear to work. The login asks for my email and subscriber id, which I dont have (just a password). Any ideas? Thanks.

This app is ALWAYS problematic. Whenever I open it, it never loads. Sometimes it'll load if I swipe through, but usually I have to uninstall & reinstall (ridiculously tiresome). Since it's my only problematic & my mo is always updated, it has to be this app. Regarding the content & quality of news, can't say I'm that impressed (leftwing, opinionated, & not particularly insightful). There is an upside though, I like the Games section 🤣 (but not enough to renew my subscription when due).

My favourite paper from the first issue but sadly Google has blocked my online subscription saying they didn't recognize me!!! It keeps asking me to get a subscription which I already have It's becoming a pain to use, and when I contact the paper they do not answer the questions I ask. I have downgraded my review to 2 stars, and yet I can access the paper on my PC.
