Payment and Renewal Terms:
If you subscribe to i via the Google Play Store and this app, the payment will be taken via Google and linked to your Google Play ID. Your Google Play ID will be charged every month at the rate shown at the time of subscription. It will renew unless cancelled 24 hours in advance, via Google Subscriptions on your Google Play account.

Ratings and reviews

I really like the app. It works perfectly, having to zoom in and move around on a phone isn't an issue for me, and the special offers for subscription packages make it great value for money. The only two things I'd like to see, hence the loss of a star, are more of the paper edition's puzzles being available, and more importantly the option of being able to read the 'regional' editions rather than the standard one, as some of the news stories aren't relevant to me.

The app often fails to load articles. The content is great, but seems to be a small subset of the full paper (the PDF version isn't very usable). A response to another review mentioned an i news digital edition app with full content, but I can't find this in the Play store.

I have a subscription to the I Newspaper, taken out in July 2025. The app has stopped working, with a note saying that I don't have a subscription. Can this be resolved, or I will need the outstanding amount to be reimbursed.
