Can't believe this is a government developed apps. The older version worked just fine although it can't do much arrangement. However, the newer version is totally a tragedy, stuck at the opening interface and wouldn't even load at all. Wondering what could I do if PDRM ask for license at roadblock. If there is 0-star rating, I will definately rate 0-star.

After updating the app, it has been continuously loading and I am unable to view my details. This issue occurred during a roadblock, where I was unable to show my licence and road tax. It is unfair for me to be issued a summon when the app was not functioning. The app is still not opening until now. Kindly fix this issue as it is causing inconvenience.

The MyDigital ID login is a joke! If you're lucky, it works the first time. Otherwise, it gets stuck in an endless loop asking to send the certificate, never redirecting back to MyJPJ. Why can’t MyJPJ just use biometric login once our ID is verified, making it easier to load our profile? Plus, if your internet connection isn't perfect, good luck—the app becomes completely useless. Needs an offline mode or a massive fix.
