Worst experience using this app. Firstly it let us order things that are not in stock. I have been placing order from past 2 days, neither it gets delivered nor gets cancelled, we have to wait for 1-2 days for getting it cancelled. I have placed over 30 orders, the app shows no past orders. customer care doesn't help at all, they'll say the order will be delivered by end of the day but... nothing happens next.

It was good before, but now my Order stays at Under Process Stage only and it gets cancelled. It happened 6 times in my last 10 orders. And when I go to their store, the employees say we don't deliver at your Pin Code and the delivery guy says I came from that Store only. Also the App has no clear FAQs and support and when contact the support team, they say you haven't placed order only. And when I say I have placed, they argue. Means they don't have proper data only.

Jiomart is one of the worst apps I’ve used. They never deliver on time, and even worse, they partially cancel your orders without any proper reason. When the delivery gets delayed, they don’t even give you an option to cancel it yourself. Extremely disappointing experience — I’d strongly recommend avoiding Jiomart for any purchase.
