Ratings and reviews

I am highly disappointed with the service. My first order, which was of a lower amount, was not delivered within the promised 30-minute timeframe and is still under process. This delay reflects poorly on the efficiency and reliability of the service. Such experiences make it difficult to trust the platform, and I cannot recommend it to others. Promptness and consistency should be prioritized, regardless of the order value .
