Pathetic Service. I ordered few items as quick delivery but they never arrived. I ordered on Tuesday 5 pm but it didn't arrive even till next day. Ultimately they themselves cancelled the order. When you don't want to deliver, why do you even take orders? Also the address details addition is a headache. To the delivery guy, it shows some other location rather than actual flat no. and building. And after the delivery guy argues with us that you gave wrong address. Never using this app again.

It was good before, but now my Order stays at Under Process Stage only and it gets cancelled. It happened 6 times in my last 10 orders. And when I go to their store, the employees say we don't deliver at your Pin Code and the delivery guy says I came from that Store only. Also the App has no clear FAQs and support and when contact the support team, they say you haven't placed order only. And when I say I have placed, they argue. Means they don't have proper data only.

pathetic service. Everytime I order items, 1 or 2 items are always out of stock. but, why did you allow me to first add if stock isn't available - always happens. also, there are no direct option to talk with customer agent. We need to raise issue which is super difficult process itself. also, it says quick delivery of 10-30 minutes but they take 1-2 hours and sometimes they deliver next day. no way we can cancel this order if it is delayed.
