Ratings and reviews

Used to be a good app, but now it’s frustrating. They sent the wrong item and won’t refund properly—just vague replies and no timeline. Quick delivery is unreliable; orders often don’t arrive at all. Support keeps saying it’ll come “by 10 AM next day,” but it never does. I’ve reordered multiple times, same result. Delays are fine, but not delivering and repeating false promises isn’t acceptable.

Extremely poor experience and customer service. They auto cancel the order saying it's not available. (like just show it's out of stock so the customer doesn't place an order) haven't with me everytime. And the prepaid experience is worse. They are very quick when it's time to deduct the money. But while issuing a refund they ask to to wait for 7 business days. the app is v frustrating cause always the order gets delivered incomplete

Most frustrating grocery app you ever find! Better to go to physical stores. In past 5 orders only 2 got delivered and rest were auto-returned due to "Technical Issue". Even support representative are lousy, they put you on hold alot and eventually without your concent close the conversation. Then restart the frustrating conversation again. Overall, Unprofessional Support staff , inefficient delivery partners, out-of-date UX of app and wastage of time. Caution! 30 min delivery will take hours.
