Even 1 star is a waste. The app shows 10 to 30 minutes delivery, but my order took more than 3 hours and then got canceled automatically without any reason or notification. This is completely misleading. No proper updates, no customer support, just wasted my time. If you can’t deliver as promised, don’t mislead users. Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all.

The app is very slow to respond. Earlier ordering was easy but now it takes a lot of time because now they asking to share the location of delivery which os very slow to navigate. Also what is the use of sharing the location if it is not being shared to the delivery person. The delivery person has to call me asking where I will receive the delivery even after sharing all the required details.

Very very very poor. If you want to return anything for any reason, you get refund only in jiomart wallet which can be used only to buy their brand products (and not other brand profucts on their app). This means once you pay, the money is theirs. customer service says the is their policy. however, it is not written anywhere which they can show. i am thinking of uninstalling the app. Getting to customer service is a big task. i am tired of listening to the hold music.
