Stopped working on Samsung Tab 4 - Crashes at login. Useless now. I blame it on Samsung updates as several other apps have completely stopped working. Sent tablet to Samsung, they REPLACED tablet, apps still don't work, but work on Android phone, iPhone, iPad and laptop. It has to be the Samsung tablet software that's not working.

Would give it a 0 star if I could. I echo the sentiments of other SMB owners. Ink was great until they killed it. This just tells you to use the regular chase app. I'm guessing we are not big enough accounts to get to use this app. I came to Chase after Wells Fargo screwed up big time. Guess it is time to migrate to another bank.

Worst upgrade ever...been with chase 15 years. ...can't afford 6.0 android smartphone and can't do mobile banking anymore. May be time to move onto another bank
