About this app

Bebical is a stroller rental service operated by the JR East Group. You can reserve and rent a stroller right now at any location of your choice.

[About Babycal]
You can reserve and rent a variety of strollers, child seats, and wheelchairs (some rental locations) at stations, hotels, commercial facilities, and other rental locations throughout Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
You can use it for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 7 days, so you can use it not only for going to the park or shopping, but also when your child has fallen asleep, or when traveling.
If there is a reservation available, you can use the service immediately after making the reservation, so you can use it whenever you need it according to your child's mood.
This stroller rental service makes it easier and more flexible for you to go out with your child, such as using a baby carrier on the train or bus and switching to a stroller when you arrive at your destination.


[Scenes when using Babycal]
・Use a baby carrier on crowded trains and buses, then transfer to a stroller when you arrive at your destination.
・Ride a bicycle to the station and transfer to a stroller from the station.
・Only for 1 hour when your child has gone to sleep.
・When traveling or returning home.
・Going out to a theme park.

【Features】
① Easy fee structure
・The basic rate is 250 yen for 1 hour, 100 yen for the next 30 minutes, and the maximum rate is 1,500 yen for 12 hours.

② At your favorite place
・You can rent strollers at rental locations such as stations, hotels, and commercial facilities all over Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
・There are no restrictions on where you can use it, so you can use it anywhere.

③ At any time you like
・You can use it from 1 hour up to 7 days.
・You can rent as much as you need, from going to the park or shopping to traveling.

④You can make a reservation
・You can make reservations from 14 days in advance, so you can feel safe when traveling or returning home.

[How to use]
〇Manned area
① Register as a member after installing the app
②Select the rental location from the MAP, select the date and time and model, and make a reservation
③Show the reservation screen to the staff and present it to the staff to rent the stroller.
④The staff will give you a stroller. Enjoy your outing.
*Please complete the return procedure at the location where you rented the item.
Please note that you cannot return the item at a location other than the location where you rented it.

〇Unmanned area
① Register as a member after installing the app
②Select the rental location from the MAP, select the date and time and model, and make a reservation
③Press the member authentication button on the operation panel of the unmanned rental machine and hold the 2D barcode on the reservation screen over the 2D barcode reading area.
④ Select the number of the stroller you want to use and press the confirmation button.
⑤Pull out the IC key from where the lamp is lit to take out the stroller. Enjoy your outing.
*Please complete the return procedure at the location where you rented the item.
Please note that you cannot return the item at a location other than the location where you rented it.
