Sync takes a while but works well My iTunes library is over 13,000 songs, with close to 80 playlists. This app not only syncs the songs and playlists, but also custom stop/start times, play counts, and ratings. The initial setup was a little difficult but smooth going forward. My only gripe is how long it takes to sync. Entire iTunes is scanned every time, which turns into a 10+ minute process to sync. That being said, it does what it's supposed to do. Integrates nicely with Rocket Player.
UPDATE - heard back from Chris and he suggested that I delete all the music that was synced and re-sync. This solution worked, but it then took over 12 hours for all my music to sync which I think is a little ridiculous. Next problem was syncing the playlists I had. It took over a week for all 3 of my playlists to sync. Chris suggested I use their player (which I am). Today I was finally able to get all my playlists synced. Who knows what adventure lies the next time.* I was super excited to get this since I have around 9000 songs I wanted to upload. After several hours only around 1000 songs had uploaded and some of them were duplicates. When I emailed I was told that shouldn't have happened and I should remove my SD card and try to upload a playlist directly to my phone. If I wanted music directly on my phone that's where I would have loaded it. Still haven't heard back from my response. Waste of money.
Initially I had tonnes of problems with the functionality of this app on my old phone, but after months working with JRT Studio's support the app is functioning to it's full potential as the best music solution on Android. That forgives all previous grief.
Playlists don't always seem to sync properly. Having said that this is still the best app to get your iTunes music on android.
Hi Justin .... (apologies for the confusion on my last review) ..... I was meant to be complimenting you on your NEW ICON! ....100% better....... I was not a fan of the OLD icon.... I point I made a few years ago!! Keep up the good work!
Has issues I used this for a while with my S3 with no problems. Now with my LG G3, it is very sporadic. Switching sync folders, requiring me to erase and re-sync. Never sure how it will work when I start it up. Update 4/3/2016. Once again I am having to find where this app is putting my music files. Again, I am going to have to erase my old music folder. The interface for selecting the music destination folder is horrible. It needs to be a folder pick list. If you want to change it you have to type it in manually.
