The only reason I used this one was the minimalistic design. It kinda looked like how a root browser should look like. Nothing fancy, just showed the data together with advanced settings. I'll just download an older version apk from somewhere and just not update it.
The new design ruined everything for me, all the new features are available for free with the file manager amaze. Not here to advertise or anything, but I think it is a little disappointing. I will download the classic version for free then.
Like the new design with some annoying caveats: - file list is inconsistent. Folders in Root directory page show rwx permissions. Folders in Internal Storage page show date. Folders inconsistently show number of files in them. - properties window randomly pulls a user photo for the header background. *highly* annoying and makes it difficult to see the text. The subtle animated scrolling makes it worse There are some good design updates here but currently I prefer the simple utility of the old version. An option to disable the eye candy fluff and show folder information consistently would be appreciated
The pop-up telling me I can download the old version was nice except for it not telling me how much it cost. Not cool.
Why ruin a perfectly good app. Full of features I never wanted. Plus no refresh button I can see.
It's a file explorer. Why is it notifying me all the time of all these new cloudy features? Stop it!
