Over all a really informative app...but This app has a ton of good food advice. My only real issue with the app, is that a number of the recipes are incomplete. Therefore making them difficult to duplicate. The recipe may start out with an ingredient in the list, but doesn't mention it in the cooking portion(example: fruit crumble, where do I use the almond flour). Please proof read and edit your recipes and I will gladly give app 5 stars. Also, a meal planner would be great as well. Thanks.
This app needs some work Searching through recipes and food is challenging because the formating makes it hard to read. It would be nice to have nutritional information to. Such as calories etc. I do like the idea of the app. Edit: I did not realize that you could look up ingredients such as pork and have it display all pork recipes that makes it better 1 more star
Links don't work Most of the information in this app is basic and available from many other sources. The only good thing is the recipes - which you pay for. But beware, the recipes allow foods that not all people consider Paleo.
Mediocre At Best Dropped .99 cents to check it out and found it not to be worth. You can get the same basic info for free by Google. There are no meal and workout plans to get one started among a few other omissions.
Where's the Gluten Info? I found one bullet point/statement about gluten. There are no search results for 'gluten' in the foods or recipes, nor is there any way to find the content claimed in the app description about gluten. If you're looking for an app to help you get started with a gluten-free lifestyle, this may not be the best app for you. Otherwise, this informational guide is fine if you already know what you're looking for. I do hope future versions will be more intuitive and live up more to its claims.
No WOD button Would be 5 stars but I'm not finding the random workout of the day button. Another comment said it's available on android 4+ but I have 4.1.2 and don't see it.
