This app has been my go-to eLoan app this year. Their csr are so fast to remind about your approaching deadline of your instalment loan, but when I need them about the error of my reloan, they're so hard to contact. There is no clear contact information where you can ask your questions about the disbursing of money into my account. It's hard to contact them on email. No reply. I hope it'll not be added to my pending loans.

Not true adverstising. They've said you can repay up to 3 months but repayment time is fixed to 1 month and it cannot be modified. High interest rate as compared to others. First time to borrow - they approved tempting high credit but rejected when time for disbursement. It seems like they just used your info.🥺 TALA is way better than this; low interest rate, can set your preferred repayment time and the best is, if you're approved with said credit limit then you'll get it once you applied.

I get always decline everytime I apply. I need to wait for 1 month yet all the time, I always get declined. I dunno your metrics on how you check the loan but I have a good credit score. This app sucks. My application always get declined all the time and I need to wait for a month only to be declined once again. It always tell me your application doesn't meet our criteria. What is your criteria by the way?
