the camera itself are decent cameras. I've used 4 different brands of light bulb camera throughout the years and this is the only one that makes you upgrade for it to record more than 10 seconds with your SD card. that's ridiculous. I wish I would have realized that before I bought them or right after. I didn't put them up for a while since I had other ones up at the time. The customer service is horrible trying to get help. I wouldn't recommend this brand.

The app works great. You do have alot more features if you sign up for the cloud storage although using your SD card seems to be fine for me. I would have given the app a five star review if it wasn't for the constant tugging at my sleeves to sign up. I'm on a budget right now and these pop up's to join cloud is annoying so I give them a 4 star review.

Good, but lots of room for improvement. The app is clunky, seems to have long connection times. As a comparison, when I click on my Ring camera it's almost instant live feed. With this camera and app set up it's often several seconds, 30 to 45, and then many times I get a connection timeout. Also when viewing a camera it goes into sleep mode, requiring a camera restart. Like I said, def room for improvement. I agree with the other post, the recording of events and playback is horrible.
