Ratings and reviews

There's not much this app offers except being able to order ahead. You order and it tells you it will take 30 minutes to make your order. There is no way for the store to notify you, so you have to assume the order is done when you get there. Accessing rewards is not straightforward. The app's design is also outdated and unpleasant to view, it's reminds me of a website from the early 2000's

An error has occurred. I keep getting this message when trying to order a drink. The store is still open. If the reasoning is that the store is closing soon.....TELL ME THAT INFORMATION. Otherwise all I see is your app failing to work. 1 star until you give an error message saying more than "an error has occurred"

Doesn't allow you to place an order asap; it will show asap but then when you submit the order it pushes it out 30 minutes. Then you have to call the store, wait for them to answer, ask them to start your order and repeat it to them, wait for them to tell him it hasn't come through because it doesn't process immediately it takes like 10 minutes for them to receive the order. Also often doesn't apply rewards. Please correct your app. App is terrible
