Great concept. Lacking quality First off, the idea behind Jukely is amazing and I have been a loyally passionate supporter of the app since the day it launched in the UK. Recently, there is a bug in the Android app which turns the screen blank when attempting to log in, and I can only access my account from desktop, which obviously means I can't check in at events. Support sporadically responds to emails, and in this case has so far blamed me for forgetting my password. Please, fix the app so I can love Jukely again.
Checking in to shows can be glitchy at times. I'm also unable to get on standby for shows through the app at all. Sometimes an artist's music preview doesn't work, says there's an internet connection error, meanwhile other artist's previews work okay. I check this app everyday, and jukely is really useful for me, since I go out once or twice a week, so please work out the bugs! :)
$50 to cancel Waited in line over an hour for a show only to be turned away because I didn't have a ticket. Now trying to cancel they want $50 and won't respond with anything other than a script to my emails. Use at your own risk
Shit fucking sucks The damn app won't even open just a plain white screen, don't even bother and from what I gathered they don't even care because they don't respond to your complaints and concerns deleting! GO INSTALL DISCOTECH! MUCH BETTER APP!
Where has this been all my life? I go to shows all the time and can't believe how much I've saved since getting Jukely lol. My only complaint - What's the deal with the "points"? I keep seeing mention of Levels and getting cards but I have never seen any of this on the app or website? Is it something that was phased out?
Great idea. Team could be better. The Android app is glitchy and has design and functionality issues that seem to never get fixed. The service itself is pretty great and I love it, but their support team is kind of terrible. They stop responding to emails, aren't consistent in their answers, and blocked one of their earliest users over payment miscommunication. I hope they stay in business enough to hire a better cx team, otherwise it's a real shame a great idea is tarnished like this.
Stability improvements, bug fixes.
