I have been using this app for more than a decade. I am sorry to say that the videos are still choppy, have poor app experience, have lots of grammar mistakes, and repeated narration when you read. Please find better tech people and do better proofreading.

Too many ads these days annoying the reader, especially those which keep blocking the screen and cannot be closed easily. Sometimes too irrelevant PR news. Becoming typical tabloid newspaper. Uninstalling the app after 10+ years of loyalty.

The app provides excellent, well-structured, and unbiased news coverage. The latest update initially caused a bug that led to crashes when opening articles. However, after contacting the development team, they quickly resolved the issue on the server side within an hour. The prompt customer service was very impressive.
