Been using Jumia app for a while now and it's been great. Just that recently I tried ordering some items and after entering my card details, I was told payment failed while I had been debited already. This was my first problem with them but their customer care was very nice, swift and effective. They rectified things when I called them. The delivery is actually very good.
Please I purchased m9 TV box last Saturday but after entering my master card pin number you send me a confirmation code the same phone am using, the problem is this ,when I bring the code out you take me back...then I use my friend Facebook account with my own master card.that is only way that I can buy the goods that day.pls fix this problem am using Samsung note 2..and you don't have customer care line number so that customers can talk to human being not not robot for explanation...very sad
Quick Communication is a problem. My good was cancelled even when I placed a call on why it was not delivered. You guys should work hand in hand with the product owner so as not to hurt the customers.
Love the products but there is the problem with the delivery like when you order like four items they like deliver them all at the same day but one item at a time and each time you have to pay for the shipping don't like it at all
It's always having issues with the email even when you have an account it still says incorrect email address or password
