About this app

"Eigo no Mori" is an educational app for preschool children to early elementary school students (equivalent to the final year of an international kindergarten) learning English for the first time. With native English audio and cute illustrations, children can learn from the ABCs to simple sentence structure and conversation while playing.

• ABC (Tap A-Z to hear the pronunciation / Uppercase and lowercase letters / The usual word)
• ABC Tracing (Trace A-Z uppercase and lowercase letters with your finger)
• Word Quiz (Look at the picture and choose 4 English words - 28 themes including animals, birds, insects, sea, vegetables, food, vehicles, body, nature, feelings, family, etc. - approximately 290 words)
• Listening (Listen to the English audio and choose the correct picture)
• Word Pronunciation (Look at the picture and say the English word in your own voice / Judgment based on the sound)
• Card Matching (A memory game where you find pairs of pictures and English words)
• Greetings (Hello, Thank you, Good morning… 20 phrases)
• Grammar (be verb / a, an / number / place) (10 sets of in/on/under/these/that/he/she/it/can/like/have/has/question words/opposite words)
- Shadowing (Listen to the English sentence and read it in your own voice/OK judgment by audio - 6 levels)
- Sentence Listening (Listen to the English sentence and choose the correct picture - 40 questions)
- English Picture Book (Picture + English word + Katakana reading + reading aloud)
- Numbers (1-20, 100, 1000, 10,000... up to 100 million)
