About this app

Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

Workout Plans
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

📅 Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
📣 Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
📱 Lock screen notification so you don't need to unlock your phone to check your progress
🚫 No ads! Ads are no fun, so Just Run has no ads!
🎵 Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt
🔽 Tiny download (less than 3MB), so Just Run will take up very little space on your device
➕ Upgrade to Premium to get more trainer voices, multiple theme options, and to support continued development of Just Run

I'd love to hear how you're getting on with Just Run. You can email me at run@jupli.com.

Just Run is the successor to Syncostyle's 5K Trainer and B210K Trainer. If you liked those, Just Run will feel very familiar!

Clean and intuitive design, nicely paced. The free version of the app delivers on all expectations, but there are pleasant customization options if you go premium (for instance, my "guide" is Irish and quite supportive!). I was happy to pay the small fee for premium because it isn't this big commercial fitness app; rather, it has a warm, simple feel, and it functions exactly as advertised. So, you really can't go wrong.

Just starting week 2 but I am enjoying this app so far. It's challenging and increases a bit faster than I thought it would. But I'm hanging in there. It would be cool to add a feature that would allow you to choose a faster progression or slower progression for us true beginners. Definitely worth the download and premium option to support the dev.

A straightforward running plan app. I thought it was impossible! It doesn't require you to set up your plan at the start, which is good if you don't have a regular schedule and don't run the same days every week. Because I'm coming back to after an injury I keep jumping ahead in the 5k plan since I find a lot of the workouts easy, but the app just lets me do that with no fuss. My only gripe is I wish there were more distance options, since I want to keep using it after I complete the 10k!
