App crashed after paying via Interac and order was not placed but payment was taken and later refunded. Won't be using the app ever again!
As a loyal customer for three years, it almost pains me to write this, but Just-Eat is abysmal lately. It seems I cannot order anything these days without the order being processed incorrectly, or having items missing upon delivery. The restaurants themselves seem concerned with recuperating customer losses, however tonight after receiving my 4th consecutive incorrect order, I told the Just-Eat customer service rep I was speaking to that I was likely to delete my account, taking my business elsewhere. She seemed wholly unconcerned, and was unhelpful during our conversation. This app is fine for one or two orders, but DO NOT expect consistency, or helpful customer service.
So complicated just to get to the restaurant. It loads for minutes and it takes for ever to complete payment. Go get you foor yourself, you will save so much time. I HIGHLY not rexommend this app
Made order that I wanted. Wasn't processed. My card was charged. Then called the place to verify with no luck. Then tried calling just eats. No luck. Tried the online contact and it was closed. This was at 8pm. That took 1 hour. Ordered from another place with many tries got my order finally. Something that should take a few minutes ended up being a little over an hour. I am hangry.
Great app, but I don't like how it always puts an automatic tip on total. I like to tip cash. And for useability, it took me a while to figure out how to change the tip.
Charges WAY too much at the end of payment. A $24 meal shouldn't come out to be $37 and change all in... No thanks.
