My order was declined because the takeaway "wasn't open" when it apparently was on the app. Was called after about half an hour to be told that I would be refunded within 15 minutes. Fast forward a few hours and still no refund. So I started a chat online with one of their helpers to be told in actual fact I'd be refunded within a week and the conversation was ended by Karrie without waiting on my reply. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have the money to float around in cyberspace for a week and have to pay for 2 takeaways in one night just because Just Eat can't sort out their own app.
Never had a problem with this app, in fact i find it better than the website for certain resturants imo so thats why im giving it full marks.
Brilliant! Satisfies my stomach but maybe regular customers should be showed an appreciation with loyalty discounts after every certain amount of meals?
It orders food from my mobile and turns up at my door. What more can you ask for?

Great app, does what it says and does it well. Menu's are clear and easy to navigate, with the added bonus of not being forced to pay by card.
We’ve squashed a number of pesky bugs so that once you’ve logged in, you stay logged in! You might need to log in again after upgrading the app though. You also shouldn’t see any more ‘Sign In Error’ notifications as well (sorry about that one).
