The app is easy enough to use, so four stars for that. Some gripes, however: The app charged more (ok, only 10p) than the car park tariff; It was not obvious until I'd paid that I could extend time; Having booked more than I used, I could not find a way to tell the app to end the session, which made it very difficult to use when I went to another car park in another town with the previous still active - a check in/check out system would be 100% better. No way to pay and not save a card.

The worst experience I've had with an app for a very, very long time. App didn't suggest the car park I was standing in despite locating it me correctly so had to use a code. No indication that unlike all other parking apps I've used thatit's a pay on exit car park. Very confusing. Couldn't take payment when I wanted to leave so had to use the machines at the exit of the car park. What's the point of this app if it can't do these basic things!!!

I use this app when travelling to London. Which is at least once every week. My first time using the app the location given in app was no where near the parking space. Once I found it using Google maps and parking my car there, the parking space owner decided to cancel the booking, a couple of hours after I parked? Got a refund but was worried in case my car got towed away as it was a 6 hour booking. I was not able to come back before that to move the car. Other bookings have been fine though.
