App is a frozen mess, constantly crashing on WiFi or data. No other food apps gives me trouble like this, it's not my device. And there's no way to scan a QR code for reward points? What's the point of the reward system if we can't even check-in at locations, or with our receipt? I'd really just like the app to work without crashing constantly, rewards or not. This is ridiculous. I had to give up after 15 minutes struggling to make an order on the app and just order in the store.

Previously had placed a pick up order directly on their website, this time it pushed the app so I have it a try. Not intuitive at all, has to back out of pages to add payment info. Restarted order. Submitted it and immediately received a call from the store asking me if i really wanted 7 bowls! One order was duplicated, another in triplicate. Store manager said she'd call and have them refunded. Kudos to her. Deleted app after this experience.

Great update! No longer able to place an order for pick up as there's no way to select the location to pick up from. Brilliant!!! Asking me to email you is pretty ridiculous considering the issue. It's not difficult. Create an order and try to pick a location. When you see that's not possible, you've found the issue.
