Very helpful I didn't quit smoking yet but i am smoking 5 cigarettes per day instead of 25. I started that war two days ago amd i hope i will cut and the 5 cigs per day. The very good thing is the app calculates the money you save so i made a small personal "bank" and i put the money i didn't spend on poison in a box :)
Great The most helpful part of this app was the "I want to smoke" section. I read each pin point over and over when I was feeling the urge to smoke. I have not smoked since my quit date and those points and truths are always in the back of my mind to keep me strong and focused.
Great for Quiting I've smoked for over 12 years and this app is helping me keep track of how many and when i smoke. I have quit recently using this app along with Nicorette Gum and E Cigs. Slowing I winged myself off of the E Cigs and now I just chew the gum when I get urges... COOL APP
Great for tracking a bad habit I want to quit smoking and have for a long time. This app is truly encouraging and gives lots of great tips and facts. I also learn how much money I spend and can save by not smoking as often. Thank you for this app!
Love it must have. To me quiting was hard. I know smoking was bad for me but eventually I would loose motivation to continue not smoking. Seeing this everyday keeps me focused and let's me remember how much money I'm saving and most importantly let's me know what's going on with my body and how it's improving
Smoke less Helping me stop smoking. Shows you how your body has improved. This app is great!! When you have improved on one bar you want to get the other bars filled up so it makes you want to stop. You can also share you progress with friends and family.
